These Easy Sleep gummies are a really nice little part of my evening routine. They taste like soft strawberry sweets and are so easy to take, which makes winding down feel a bit more enjoyable. They’re meant to help you relax before bed and they slot into a calm night time routine really well.Each gummy has magnesium glycinate along with valerian root, ashwagandha, lemon balm, passionflower and chamomile. It’s a good mix for evenings and it’s handy having everything in one chew instead of lots of separate supplements. They’re sugar free, vegan and gluten free too, which is always a bonus.You get ninety in the bottle, so it lasts ages and feels good value for money. They’re also easy to take with you if you’re travelling or just want something simple and fuss free.They’re made to good standards and the label tells you exactly what’s in them, which I always appreciate.
I have no idea how they managed to get all these earthy ingredients into this absolutely delicious bedtime treat. Especially Valerian... which usually tastes like a rotten sock. These gummies taste heavenly (with no hint of sock), provided you like strawberry. These are basically strawberry candies. If you don't like berry flavours, stay away!I find it more enjoyable to let melt in my mouth over a ~10 minute period than chew them right away, just because they taste really good.Literally, the only thing I didn't like about these gummies was that the serving size was one. That is, until the other night, when I turned the bottle around and saw you can take up to two. So now there is nothing I don't like about these gummies. Two hits the spot.The first night I took one, the Valerian influence was very apparent. Remembered a dream for the first time in years. Each morning, I've woken up feeling refreshed, absolutely no grogginess, which is another surprise when Valerian is involved. I feel crystal clear and have been waking up earlier than usual the past few days as well, instead of oversleeping. **Please note this just my personal experience and is not guaranteed to match yours.**This is a 90-count bottle for £15.99 at the time of this review. Taking it once a day, that's about £5.33/month, which is wildly affordable. I would recommend, in case that wasn't obvious yet!
I often have poor quality sleep so I decided to try these good quality easy sleep gummies by Intense Wellness. I found that they worked well when I took two gummies before bed. I think that they helped me have a more restorative, peaceful sleep. I like the strawberry flavour and I found these gummies easy to eat. I will continue to use these sleep gumies as I think they help me rest better, especially when I am stressed. Overall they are good value and I would reccomend trying them.
These gummies have a really pleasant taste and are a pleasure to eat every night required.The issue with them is that they work too well. To the point perhaps they're a little too strong maybe. My husband and I have both said we've woken up to our alarm really groggy as if we could have slept for another couple of hours....and that's after a good 8 hour sleep!It's made us take them when we feel like we need a good sleep rather than just having them daily anyway and that seems to work well.Overall I would recommend as they definitely do what they say on the tin
We got these to try and they were off to a great start as the taste of these if very good. A nice strawberry flavour. And the quality of the gummy is pretty good and doesn’t really get stuck in your teeth.I’ve tried these for a few nights and they are one of my favourite now. The ingredients, particularly valerian, is great to make you tired and help you sleep. Different supplements have other supporting ingredients and this is one of the better blends. The strength is in the middle but you can take two if needed.For the cost they are good for gummies, which always carry a premium price over capsules. We’re happy with them.

I have only been taking these Intense Gummies for two nights as a result of which have enjoyed two restful nights.I received these gummies courtesy of the Amazon Vine programme for review and, thus far am very pleased with them. You receive a tub of 90 gummies of which the recommended does is 1 per night to be taken 30 to 60 mins before retiring and which represents 3 months supply. Fantastic value at £15.99.The gummies themselves look like little raspberries and not strawberry and, taste more like raspberries being quite tart which I like and, these are sugar free. Their constituency is more like a wine gum than any other sweet.These gummies contain several ingredients believed to aid relaxation which, as they are listed on the product page I will not repeat here - you must do your own research as to whether such ingredients are suitable for you. These are stated to be free of artificial colour and flavour. The tub I received says 'Deep Dream Complex' which isn't showing on the Amazon product page and, at risk of Amazon rejecting my review I have to say on these past two nights not only did I manage 7 hours uninterrupted sleep, I did have some pleasant dreams (I put this down to the Ashwaganda)Convenient and easy to take. UK manufactured which I find re-assuring due to the strict regulatory standards. I recommend giving these a try.
My partner and I love gummies before bed and these ones are a tasty way to add more magnesium to our diet, satisfying not only my sweet tooth itch but also providing 100mg of magnesium per serving.They also have some additional extras such as ashwagandha (60mg) & valerian root (100mg), whilst the strawberry flavour tastes delicious and the texture has just the right amount of chewiness to them.However, despite the positives the only thing I'm not impressed by is the price, as I have tested other magnesium gummies which provide 3 x the magnesium these do per gummy - for the exact same RRP - whilst tasting just as nice.For this reason, I would be happy to recommend them still as they are a good tasting gummy, just only on a significant discount so you get better value for money (which they don't give at the full RRP).
I ordered these strawberry flavoured sleep gummies and overall I’m glad I did. They taste nice and fruity without being overly sweet - just mild strawberry, which makes them easy to take before bed.The label says one gummy is enough but it’s okay to take two, so I took two for testing purposes and they were still pleasant to chew. One minor thing: they do seem to cling to the inside of the bottle, so I had to give the bottle a few bashes to get them out, which is a bit annoying but not a deal-breaker.I can’t yet comment on long-term sleep benefits since that really needs consistent use, but in terms of flavour, ease of use and general pleasantness, these score well. Four stars because of the bottle cling and because the effect on sleep will likely vary from person to person, but they’re a tasty and easy-to-take option if you’re curious about sleep gummies.
As an inconsistent sleeper, I welcome the chance to try anything that might help me get a good night's rest. These are well balanced in terms of ingredients: ashwaghanda, chamomile, lemon balm and magnesium glycinate being amongst those most associated with relaxation and sleep.They taste delicious. The regular dose is 1, but you can double up if you feel you need extra support. They are a nice bedtime treat, and containing no sugar they are ok after you've brushed your teeth, although you are meant to take 30 minutes to 1 hour before bed.I'd say these are effective at supporting relaxation, possibly due to a combination of ingredients and flavour. I think they are good value for money, particularly at 1 per night, which is 3 months' worth. Organic, vegan and gluten free. A nice boost to your bedtime routine.
They have a good EXP date, mine being around a year away. There is clear information regarding contents and they are full of helpful ingredients and especially ones that are recognized as being helpful for relaxation.They are slightly chewy and have a very slight tendency to stick around your teeth. They are very tasty and a bit moreish! You get 90 gummies which is a three-month supply and this seems very good value to me. The only issue I have with them is that they tend to stick together in the jar. This may, in part, be attributed to the relatively small jar meaning they are slightly squashed.Overall, tasty gummies full of ingredients carefully selected to help with sleep. It will take a while to be certain how much they help but so far, they seem to work. Good gummies at a good price. Recommended.

My teenage kids use these every night as they really struggle to drift off and these have really helped them with that! We alternate between the strawberry ones and the raspberry ones. They love both flavours.

This is my third purchase of these sleep gummies. I’m a fan because they work for me. Granted I need to take 2 when the dosage is 1. However, small price to pay for a solid nights sleep.
They taste amazing too! Last pack was raspberry but I prefer the strawberry flavour. They have no added sugar but do feel like a naughty treat before bedtime and help to satisfy my sweet tooth and cravings! Added bonus in my view too.
Quite well priced but hard to take two! Help to unwind me a bit. Not quite as strong as previous make. Helps my hubby switcg off well too.so he says. But still have to take aditional herbal remidies .
I bought these to see if I could find a natural method of getting a good night's sleep. I was eager to open the bottle to see if they would work.
However, I can't honestly say they do or they don't. Every night I have taken them, I have slept like a baby on a full stomach. But was it the pills or was it all in my head? Sure if its in my head then they must work albeit not in the way they claim. Is it the placebo effect?
I'm leaning towards this but keep in mind it doesn't really matter how they do it as long as it works - right?
One thing to be aware of is they warn you not to take more than the recommended amount but like most gummies, they are delicious and I find it hard not to take three or four. They are my midget gems 😂
These are great value, taste very morish (I have to fight not to take more than one), and have a mild soporific affect. They're not sleeping pills, by any stretch of imagination, but they relax you enough to drop off. And no sluggishness the next morning.
It does what it says on the bottle.
