UK Delivery

Where do you ship to?

We currently ship to UK Mainland addresses only. We’re working on options to ship to Europe and will update this page when available.

Dispatch time

Orders are dispatched within 1 business day (Monday–Friday, excluding UK bank holidays). Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next business day.

What delivery service do you offer?

Royal Mail 48 (Tracked) — FREE UK Mainland delivery. Delivery typically takes 2–3 working days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control.

How much does delivery cost?

When can I expect my order?

Most orders arrive within 3–4 working days from the time you place your order (up to 1 business day dispatch + 2–3 working days delivery). Once dispatched, you’ll receive tracking details by email (where available).

I purchased multiple items — will they be shipped together?

If all items you ordered are in stock, we usually ship them together in one parcel.

What if an item is out of stock?

If an item is out of stock, it will be marked on the product page. We’ll restock as soon as possible and update availability on the site.
