PURCHASE OPTIONS CANCELLATION POLICY

Some products may be offered as a subscription (“Subscribe & Save”). This policy explains how you can change or cancel subscription purchases.

Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription, you will receive repeat deliveries at the frequency you select.

Billing

Your payment method will be charged automatically for each subscription order before it ships.

Managing your subscription

You can change, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time using the link in your subscription/order emails, or by contacting us at sales@intensew.co.uk.

Cut-off for changes/cancellation

To avoid being charged for the next scheduled shipment, please make changes or cancel at least 24 hours before your next billing date.

After billing/processing

If an order has already been billed or processed for dispatch, we may not be able to cancel it. You can still request a return or refund in line with our Refund Policy.
