Every order placed on intensew.co.uk is covered by our unconditional 60-day money-back guarantee. If you are not happy with your gummies for any reason, we refund the full order amount, including the delivery fee, within 60 days of delivery. There is nothing to send back.

• Opened jars included — try the product; opened or partly used jars are covered
• No limit — every jar in the order is covered, with no limit per customer
• Nothing to send back — you do not return the product; keep it or dispose of it

1) How to claim

Email us at sales@intensew.co.uk within 60 days of delivery with your order number. Telling us why is optional but helps us improve. No return label, no form, no questions asked.

2) Refunds

We confirm your refund by email and issue it to your original payment method within 14 days of your request. Your bank or card provider may take a few extra days to show it.

3) Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, email us with photos where possible and we will send a replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer. Nothing needs to be sent back.

4) Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, request a refund under the guarantee and place a new order.

5) Scope

The guarantee applies to orders placed on intensew.co.uk. Orders placed on Amazon are covered by Amazon’s returns and refund rules. This guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights and does not affect them.
