Return rules summary

• Returns accepted for 60 days from the day you receive your order

• Free return shipping (UK Mainland) — we provide a return label

• No restocking fee

• We do not sell “final sale” items

• For safety reasons, opened supplements are not returnable (unless faulty)

1) Returns window

You can request a return within 60 days of receiving your item.

2) Eligibility (important for supplements)

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unused

• Unopened (with the seal intact, where applicable)

• In the original packaging and suitable for resale

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened items or items with a broken seal, unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

3) How to start a return

Email us at sales@intensew.co.uk with:

• Your order number

• The item(s) you want to return

• The reason for the return (optional, but helpful)

We will reply with:

• A free return shipping label (UK Mainland)

• Simple return instructions

Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as unregistered returns may be delayed or refused.

4) Free return shipping (UK Mainland)

We provide free return shipping via our return label for UK Mainland orders.
If you choose to return using your own shipping method, we may not be able to reimburse that shipping cost.

5) Damaged, faulty, or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos where possible.
We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, and we will cover any required return shipping.

6) Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you to confirm approval.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days of approval.

Please note:

• Your bank/card provider may take additional time to show the refund.

• If a return is not eligible (e.g., opened product without a fault), we may decline the refund and contact you with options.

7) Exchanges

We don’t offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.
