Really tasty and great flavour
Taste really good, only problem is there’s a risk you will eat it like sweets and finish the whole thing in a few days like I did.
My son used these creatine gummies as an alternative to the powder. These were so much quicker and easier plus mess free. This was particularly useful whilst we was using protein powder as it restricted the number of shaker bottles dumped in my sink at any given time.He found these to be as effective as the powders and he felt a benefit to his energy levels at and post gym.He liked the taste but he did experience ‘busy tummy’ with these.Good value for money for an on the go solution
These were very tasty and helped my intake of creatine. What makes this even better is that they are sugar free which helps with dietary needs. It has a lot of gummies to eat, they weren't overbearing to chew on either. No horrible textures and I actually felt the benefits from having these, felt energised and helped with toning and building muscle.
