Easy sleep gummies are worse product I have taken. I wouldn’t recommend these product to anyone and can’t get a refund.Caused me a worse night rest and disruptive sleep. Do not buy these save yourself the money as they don’t give refunds. A load of over hyped rubbish
I usually have trouble falling asleep, but these gummies help me relax and get through the night without feeling groggy in the morning. The raspberry flavor is actually enjoyable, much nicer than swallowing pills. I usually take one about 30 minutes before bed, and it’s enough to help me unwind. Each bottle has 90 gummies, and with the two pack, I’ve got about six months’ supply. The bottles are also small and travel friendly, so it’s easy to take them anywhere.
You get two bottles of 90 gummies that are sweetened with mannitol. Having just one per day they don't upset my stomach. They are vegan which is good and have just a gentle raspberry flavour so don't taste as sweet as some I have used before. Overall they are easy to chew and I take one just before bedtime that helps me unwind before sleeping.
Me and my partner are really enjoying these sleep gummies. Currently priced at £24.99 for two tubs I think it's decent value for money as each tub will last you 45 days at two gummies a night. We take them around half an hour before we go to sleep and they are really nice to take - taste just like sweets but they're sugar free.Sleep wise we've both noticed a definite improvement in both the time it takes to get to sleep and the quality of our sleep. The best part is that when you wake up the next day you don't feel groggy or tired, just well rested. They work for us - happy to recommend!
Got these sleep gummies to help me stay asleep at night.the dosage for an adult is 2 - 30 minuets to and hour before bed.The gummies taste really nice and very easy to chew, no nasty aftertaste. They seem to be effective as once taking 2 a night they kept me asleep all night and nearly slept though my alarm they are that good. You get 2 bottles of 90 gummies, both raspberry flavour and vegan friendly.
These sleep gummies taste lovely. They have a nice, natural tasting raspberry flavour.I was a little worried they are sugar free as that can often give things an unpleasant, sweetener taste and aftertaste. However, these have no noticeable sweetener taste to them so the are a big win for me.I was a little sceptical about the sleep inducing properties but I do feel that part of the battle is creating a meaningful sleep routines so these are great as a part of the pre-bed routine.I genuinely did feel that these aided the sense of sleepiness over the course of a few weeks but without the concern of causing issues for waking in the morning.Great value plastic jar of 90 gummies, especially as 1 per evening is enough for me
I’ve tried a lot of sleeping remedies over the years as I do have a tolerance to pharmaceutical products, but I can happily state that an hour after taking them while watching TV just before bedtime I could feel my eyes closing and when I fell asleep I had a great undisturbed night sleep without feeling groggy in the morning. These contain a great combination of nature’s natural relaxing ingredients: Chamomile Extract, Passionflower, Ashwagandha, Lemon Balm, Valerian Root and Magnesium as well as being sugar free! They are also non- GMO and Vegan for anyone following that type of diet.Price wise, taking 1 at night you have a 3-month supply which works at just under18p per day based on the current price of £15.99. I feel that is excellent value for money.I found them to be most effective when taking on an empty stomach. The taste is nice raspberry flavour without being too sweet, I always find supplement type gummies usually do a have a bit of a ‘weird’ tang to them, but I put that down to the ingredients of the supplements providing a benefit rather than just sugar and flavourings in a regular gummy, it’s also a little sweet treat before bedtime in the form of a gummy.Like most supplements quality of ingredients and consistency in taking them regularly is key for maximum effectiveness; to see any benefits you need to keep up with your regime, sometimes you may only notice the difference when you stop or switch brands. My review is based on my own experience and is NOT to be taken as medical advice, always do your own homework as different people can have different results!I like to keep my reviews short & sweet and straight to the point. Is it good value for money = YesWould I buy it again = YesWould I recommend it to a friend = Yes, I already have!Is it easy to use/set up = YesPhoto with £1 for scaleI hope you found my review helpful and informative.
I've been using Intense Wellness sleep gummies for around two months now, and they're firmly part of my sleep routine. I take one a couple of hours before bed every night. I wouldn't say they're knock-out drops, and I personally have never dropped off immediately after taking them. I do feel like I'm more relaxed and ready for bed, though, and find I can usually drop off within 30 mins to an hour after lights out and stay asleep most nights without waking - your mileage may vary here! For me, they're most effective as part of a proper nighttime routine, i.e., going to bed at similar times each night, and not scrolling on your phone until the early hours! I find taking a gummy a couple of hours before bed reduces the chance of "magnesium dreams." The flavour is a great raspberry taste and because they're soft and chewable, I have no issues taking them (definitely do it before brushing teeth though). With 90 gummies currently priced at £15.99, they're a touch pricey but actually work out quite reasonably compared to other brands I've tried. There's a multi-pack which works out even better, but this one is a reasonable place to start.
I'm a big fan of these sleep gummies. I do find them to be effective in supporting rest and sleep. I am an inconsistent sleeper, and am pleased to use an easy to take gummy that contains safe, effective ingredients: magnesium, valerian and ashwagandha are a great combination in promoting relaxation. You can choose whether to take 1 or 2, personally I take 2, as I find this provides an extra layer of reassurance. The flavour is sweet and tasty, but they are sugar free and have only 5 calories each. You take them 30 minutes to 1 hour before bed, but I usually just end up popping two once I get into bed!Great value, particularly if you keep it to 1 per night.Really pleased with these gummies and recommend them happily if you're looking to support your sleep.
I need to get to bed at 8pm every other week to get up at 3am to get to the airport to fly to Switzerland for my work. These gummies make a real difference because within 20 minutes after taking them I start to feel sleepy. They are easy to take and taste really nice. Don’t use them often enough so not noticed and reliance on them
These are quite nice tasting gummies that thankfully are sugar free and should last three months. The price isn't cheap but for three month's sleep, is worth it.I take one half an hour before I retire for bed and they seem to be effective - to a degree. They don't knock me out, but do make it easier to get to sleep and stay asleep. I don't feel groggy in the morning either, and they last for about 6 hours.Long shelf life and worth a try if you're having trouble sleeping.
These gummies come in a clear plastic jar with a screw top lid that displays good information on the product including nutritional value and ingredients. You need to consume 1- 2 gummies depending on your requirements 30 minutes - 1 hour before bedtime. It is good to see that they do not contain sugar but are sweetened with maltitol. The dome shaped gummies are purple in colour and they are easy to suck or chew with a pleasant delicate fruity flavour. The gummies are fairly priced as they should last 45- 90 days depending on your requirements.
These raspberry-flavoured gummies are perfect for helping to get a good night’s sleep. They're easy to take because of their small size and the dosage is just one per day (before bedtime). The composition is well-ballanced: bioavailable magnesium, trusted plant extracts and no unnecessary additives. I took it only in the last two days, but already noticed that I fell asleep faster, my sleep became deeper and in the morning I felt really rested, plus no feeling of drowsiness during the day.A great natural helper for maintaining sleep regime and reducing stress levels.
I was keen to try these sleep gummies as I much prefer chewing something fruity to swallowing tablets the size of gravel. These raspberry-flavoured pastilles are genuinely pleasant – sweet but not sickly – and they’re sugar-free, using maltitol instead. Worth noting: like most sweeteners of that type, overdoing it can have a laxative effect, so sticking to the recommended one gummy per evening is wise. Each gummy contains 100mg of magnesium (as glycinate, which is generally known for being gentler on the stomach), plus valerian root (100mg), ashwagandha, lemon balm, passionflower and chamomile extract. Magnesium contributes to normal psychological function and nervous system function, so it makes sense in a night-time blend.I took one about 45 minutes before bed. It didn’t knock me out like a cartoon mallet, but I felt noticeably more relaxed and drifted off more easily. I woke feeling clear-headed, not groggy. The bottle I received did have a tendency for the gummies to clump together, so a quick shake or separating them when you first open it helps. At £15.99 for 90 gummies (a three-month supply at one per night), the cost per serving is reasonable compared with many sleep supplements. They’re vegan (pectin-based), gluten-free and made in the UK to GMP standards.I hope you found my review helpful!
Sleep gummies that actually helped me fall asleep! These contain a great combination of nature’s natural relaxing ingredients: Chamomile Extract, Passionflower, Ashwagandha, Lemon Balm, L-Theanine and Valerian Root.I’m always weary of products that say they can help you sleep as I do have a tolerance to pharmaceutical products but I can happily state that an hour after taking them while watching TV just before bedtime I could feel my eyes closing and when I fell asleep I had a great undisturbed night sleep without feeling groggy in the morning.I won’t take them every night as my body quickly adapts to new things, and the effectiveness wears off, but these will be a ‘must have’ by my bedside for nights that I can’t switch off.Price wise, taking 1 at night you’ll have a 6-month supply in the 2 bottles which works at just15p per day based on the current price of £26.99I found them to be most effective when taking on an empty stomach. The flavour is nice and it’s also a little sweet treat before bedtime in the form of a gummy. My review is based on my own experience and is NOT to be taken as medical advice, always do your own homework!I like to keep my reviews short & sweet and straight to the point! Is it good value for money = YesWould I buy it again = YesWould I recommend it to a friend = Yes, I already have!Is it easy to use/set up = YesPhoto with 10p for scaleI hope you found my review helpful and informative.
These gummies have a very similar texture to sweet gummies but they are slightly softer and less chewy. The flavour is nice and I find them easy to eat.I've been taking them before bed and I have to say my sleep has definitely improved. They taste good and work well but I do think £26 is quite a lot to pay, although you do get 2 pots for that price and the recommended does is only one gummies so they will last a long time.It also says kids can have them which is a bonus.
I need to travel for work often and need to get up at 3am so getting to bed at 8pm is hard. These gummies really help just tip me over to sleep. I have one for normal sleep, but if I still can’t get to sleep I tend to have two.
I've recently been trying out the Easy Sleep Gummies, and they are certainly tasty. With a deliciously raspberry-flavored. The texture is soft and chewy, not like traditional hard capsules. While I wouldn’t say these gummies directly put me to sleep, they definitely help set the stage for relaxation. After using them for a short while now, I’ve found that they make my wind-down time feel much more calming. I appreciate that they combine natural ingredients like Ashwagandha and Chamomile, which help ease my mind when it’s time to relax. The value with this duo set is fantastic, with 180 gummies in total. I feel like I have a solid 6 months’ worth of support, so I have something on hand to help me unwind without worrying about running out anytime soon - no worries, just relaxation.
I’ve been taking Ashwagandha as a night-time supplement for a couple of years now, and I find it really helps with my quality of sleep. My wife had enjoyed the Sleep gummies from the INTENSE Wellness store previously, so after checking the contents I decided to order this twin-pack of Raspberry flavoured Easy Sleep gummies from the same brand to try.The gummies are Vegan friendly with no added sugar, and amongst the ingredients per gummy are 60mg Ashwagandha and 100mg Valerian root, together with Chamomile extract, Passion Flower and Lemon Balm. The gummies have quite a tacky, chewy texture with just a mild fruity flavour and a recommended dose of 1-2 taken 30 minutes before bedtime. With two well sealed bottles containing 90 gummies each priced at just under £27 when reviewed, this represents at least a three month supply with the higher dosage, which is decent value.
